            To import into Outlook

            1. Click activities you wish to export
            2. Click 'Export': this will create the file 'activities.ics' and open a dialogue popup
            3. In the dialogue popup, click Open with Microsoft Outlook. This will import the selected activities in your calendar.

            To export to ICal.
            1. Click activities you wish to export
            2. Copy the .ics file to your Mac. A USB flash drive or an external hard drive is probably the easiest way to do that.
            3. Simply drag and drop the .ics file into the iCal window or double-click on the file.
